1. What is the difference between a Standard Customer Account and a Business Account?

While a standard account is great for tracking individual orders, a Business Account unlocks our enhanced dashboard. This is a centralised hub designed for professional teams, allowing you to manage multiple users, view full account statements, and—for credit customers—make payments directly through the portal.

2. How can I apply for a Business Account?

You can apply for a Business Account using our online form or by contacting us at 01 257 2323 or info@hitechniques.ie

3. How do I access my Business Dashboard?

Once you are logged in to your account at hitechniques.ie, simply click the Dashboard icon located in the top right corner of your screen.

4. I am an existing customer logging in for the first time. Why do I need to reset my password?

To ensure the highest level of security, we have assigned random temporary passwords to all new business accounts. These are system-generated and remain completely private (our team has no access to them). This ensures that you are the only person who can access and manage your account.

To regain access, please visit the login page, select "Forgot Password," and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to create a permanent, secure password.

5. Can I give my team members access to the dashboard?

Yes! We can add additional users to your account and assign them specific authorisation levels. This means some team members can be restricted to viewing invoices, while others have the authority to place orders or make payments. If you'd like to add more users to the account, please contact our support team.

6. How do I make a payment through the dashboard?

If you are a registered credit customer, you will see a payment option directly within your dashboard. This allows you to settle invoices and manage your statements in one place. Please note that standard accounts will continue to make payments during the usual checkout process.

7. Where can I find my past invoices and statements?

All your financial documents are located in the Account History section of your dashboard. You can view, download, or print all previous orders, invoices, and account statements at any time.
