1. Where do you ship to?

We can ship to virtually any address in Ireland and Northern Ireland. No international shipping available.

2. How long will it take to recieve an order?

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours. Standard delivery within Ireland typically takes 1–2 business days. For on-demand items and bulk orders, please contact us directly at 01 257 2323 or info@hitehcniques.ie for a specific timeline.

3. What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over €100. Standard shipping rate is €10 + VAT. 

 

Returns & Refunds FAQs

 

1. What is Hitechniques returns policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. If an item is faulty or not as described, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the equipment is in its original packaging and condition. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please remember you are liable for any goods returned to us that arrive damaged due to poor packing on your part.

2. Do I need to pay for return shipping?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Should you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.

3. When can I expect my refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
